When the next hurricane strikes the Rio Grande River Delta of South Texas and Northern Mexico, where over three million people live and work every day, to keep the united states and mexican economies strong, the International Boundary and Water Commission U.S. Section levees that are supposed to contain the floodwaters of the rio grande river are expected to fail. This program looks at the current status of the Levee Repairs.
