Two communities, Laredo and Brownsville, working to make the Rio Grande River, the economic engine that it was for generations. Some day, the Rio Grande River where the United States, and Mexico, are joined, will no longer be seen as an insecure area with smuggling, and violence but instead, a vibrant and tranquil area inviting to businesses and tourists creating a River Walk environment like the world famous one in San Antonio. Making the plan for a Border Wall on the river moot.
