Dr Victor Gonzalez, the Texas President of the Texas Ophthalmologic Association, says the State of Texas is permitting
children who need eye surgery to keep from going blind, to go blind for the rest of their lives, rather than pay for their surgery.

Dr Gonzalez tells Ron that the refusal of the State of Texas to fund the necessary pediatric eye surgeries, is the unintended result of bureaucratic budget cuts made by the staff of the Texas Health & Human Services Commission Austin, Texas.
